There is a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing time-frame is subject to change due to sales and/or holidays. ALL orders are shipped via USPS. Thank you!
PRE-MADE WIGS
- These wigs are wigs that are on hand and are ready to ship.

To ensure that your package arrives on time or within your expected time-frame. Please review the shipping methods below.

NO SHIPMENTS ARE MADE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!
- All preorder wigs take 7-12 business days to construct NO EXCEPTIONS. This timeframe does includes the standard 24-48 hour processing time.
- There will be no rush orders on these wigs at this time. These wigs are designed according to customers specifications. We ask that you please plan accordingly when ordering these wigs. If you have a date for a special event planned, please place your order within a week of your schedule event to ENSURE that there’s no delays in your wig's arrival.
- Once wig is complete you will be notified of it's shipment.
- Please make sure ALL required information (address, email, phone number, etc) is correct before you submit your order. Incorrect information can/will cause a delay in the shipment of your package.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
- Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show.
